In 1996 I graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Medicinal & Pharmaceutical Chemistry. I then started my career with Johnson & Johnson. Throughout my nearly 30 year career in Operations, I've been fortunate to have been given many opportunities to broaden my experience which spans End-to-End Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Change Management, Project Management & Governance. As a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and Lean Greenbelt, I'm always thinking how things can be done better, and I love to work with people who share my values.
The roles I have enjoyed the most have also been the most challenging, where it has possible to make a real difference, through building teams, optimising processes, and delivering improvements and change.
I then made the decision to start The Clarity Framework – based in Yorkshire & providing operational help for manufacturing and factory operations. Blending continuous improvement tools with change management and cultural change experience and support to more factories to help employees through change, help them reach their potential, deliver more successful projects and operational results.
I'm a 'glass half full' person who strives to make a positive impact to the world around me. Based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, in my spare time I love the great outdoors, walking, running, cycling & wild swimming.

I’ve nearly 30 years experience working in Manufacturing Operations, and I enjoy collaborating and building relationships at all levels, having fun at work, and delivering results. I’m very pragmatic. I tailor my approach for each project but always create clear structure. Obtaining a deep understanding of the current state means that I can give clarity in complex situations – I can help you see the wood for the trees.
My solutions and ideas are always practical and pragmatic - applicable to your business just not theoretical or ’perfect world’ (I’ve never seen a perfect world in Operations!)
